Two Children Appeared At Adrian's Wedding And Called Him "Daddy"—Then His Bride Tried To Drag Them Away Before He Could Ask Why.
Clara stepped into the wedding hall carrying baby Mia in her arms.
She looked exhausted.
Her face was wet with tears.
Then she saw Adrian.
"Daddy."
The entire room went silent.
Adrian froze.
Before he could move, Victoria rushed forward and grabbed Clara.
"Get them out of here!"
But Clara held Mia tighter.
"No!
Don't take her!"
That was when Adrian moved between them.
"Don't touch those children."
Victoria's face changed.
Clara reached beneath her dress and pulled out an old necklace.
Adrian stared at the family crest engraved into it.
Then Clara handed him a faded photograph.
His expression collapsed.
The necklace belonged to his family.
And the woman in the photograph was someone Victoria had told him was gone forever.
Adrian slowly turned toward his bride.
"You knew who they were."
Victoria said nothing.
That silence was enough.
Adrian removed his wedding ring.
"The wedding is over."
But the identity of the children wasn't the only secret Victoria had buried.
