Chapter 1: She Thought It Was Just a Game
SHE THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A GAME…
UNTIL DAD WALKED IN AND SAW WHAT MOM AND GRANDMA WERE DOING TO HIS LITTLE GIRL.
The little girl was sitting in a chair with her hands tied.
Her mother stood in front of her holding a toy suction-dart gun.
Grandma was recording everything on her phone.
Then Mom fired.
The large suction-cup dart flew across the room and stuck to the little girl's hair.
Grandma laughed and shouted:
"Wohooo!
Nice shot!"
Mom smiled and said:
"My one point!"
But the little girl started crying:
"Mom, please stop!
It's hurting!"
Then the door suddenly opened.
Dad had just come home from work.
He stepped inside and froze.
He saw his daughter crying.
He saw Grandma recording.
He dropped his office bag.
He rushed toward his little girl and freed her.
Then he pulled her into his arms and whispered:
"Don't worry.
I'm here now."
The daughter was still crying.
She looked up at Dad and said:
"Dad, they play with me every time you go to the office."
The father froze.
His expression changed instantly.
He finally realized what had been happening while he was away.
He immediately pulled out his phone and called 911.
"Please send help immediately.
They're hurting my daughter."
Seconds later, police officers arrived at the house.
One officer looked at Mom and Grandma and said:
"Ma'am, you both are under arrest."
The officers placed handcuffs on them while Dad held his daughter tightly.
But just when Dad thought it was finally over, police discovered something else inside the house that revealed this had been happening for much longer than he ever knew.
