That Monday morning, I called the city.
I explained the situation calmly — the tire marks, the crushed flowers, the blocked driveway, the repeated requests that were ignored.
The woman on the phone was sympathetic.
She told me exactly what to do.
I spent the next two days documenting everything.
Photos of the lawn damage.
Photos of the blocked driveway.
Dates, times, written notes going back months.
I even found the city ordinance that covered property boundaries and parking violations.
Then I contacted a property attorney.
Just a short consultation.
Enough to understand my rights.
That Friday, Audrey's guests started arriving again.
Music thumping, cars spilling out of her driveway.
And just like before, two of them pulled straight onto my lawn.
This time, I was ready.
I walked out with my phone and photographed every plate.
Slowly.
Calmly.
One of the guests noticed and called over to Audrey.
She came outside and saw me standing there.
"Are you serious right now?" she said.
"Completely," I said.
Her expression shifted.
Just slightly.
Like she was starting to realize something had changed.
What she didn't know yet was what I had already set in motion that week — and who I had already spoken to.
