Chapter 2: I Just Showed Her the Law

PART 2 ⬇️
The woman stumbled into the aisle, knocking her bag to the floor.
Her face had gone completely white.
A flight attendant rushed over immediately.
"Ma'am, is everything alright?"
The woman pointed at Louise with a shaking finger.
"That — that CHILD showed me something on her tablet.
Make her delete it.
RIGHT NOW."
Louise sat perfectly still.
Calm.
Hands folded in her lap.
The flight attendant looked at her gently.
"Sweetheart, what did you show her?"
Louise looked up with those steady eight-year-old eyes and said:
"I just showed her the law."
The cabin went quiet.
She had pulled up an article — clear as day — explaining that breastfeeding on a commercial flight is fully protected.
That demanding a nursing mother move to a bathroom is not only wrong, it can be considered harassment.
The woman's mouth opened and closed like she was searching for words.
Then she said something that made my stomach drop.
"I know people at this airline.
Do you understand me?
I will have you both REMOVED when we land."
Louise didn't flinch.
She quietly picked up her tablet, opened something else, and said:
"I already sent a message to someone who can help us.
They're waiting at the gate."
I felt my heart stop.
Who had my eight-year-old daughter contacted — and what did she know that I didn't?
---
What Louise did next left the entire cabin speechless — and what was waiting at the gate changed everything.
